Copy of Employees Pass for Mike Dubiniewicz and family
My sincere thanks to Mrs. Lia Nieuwesteeg of Niagara Falls, Ontario who despite some extenuating circumstances was able to salvage a few things that Bernice had stored. One of those was this original employee pass showing that Mike and his wife Rose and their two children Nellie and Joseph traveled on the CPR on an employee pass. She allowed me to have the original copy. Why is all of this important you might ask? Well, I was plenty confused at first as to why my grandfather and grandmother married in Fort William, but lived most of their adult lives in Niagara Falls. I now know that at least the Dubiniewicz's were in Fort William for a reason.
